Living with foot or ankle pain affects everything — how you walk, work, sleep, and move through your day. At South Florida International Orthopaedics, P.A., our board-certified podiatric physicians provide specialized, evidence-based care for patients near Hollywood, FL and throughout Broward and Miami-Dade counties. Whether your condition developed from a sudden injury or has been worsening for months, we build treatment plans tailored to your goals, your lifestyle, and your long-term health.

Conditions We Treat

Our podiatric team diagnoses and treats a comprehensive range of foot and ankle conditions, including plantar fasciitis and heel spur syndrome, bunions and hammertoes, ankle sprains and chronic instability, Achilles tendinitis and tendon tears, Morton’s neuroma, diabetic foot complications and wound care, ingrown toenails and fungal nail infections, flat feet and high arch deformities, foot and ankle fractures including stress fractures, and corns, calluses, and plantar warts.

Early evaluation consistently produces better outcomes. Many conditions that eventually require surgery can be resolved or significantly improved with prompt, non-surgical care.

Treatment Approaches Tailored to You

We follow an evidence-based, conservative-first philosophy. Surgery is recommended only when it is clinically necessary — not as a first resort. Non-surgical options include custom orthotic devices, physical therapy and rehabilitation, corticosteroid injections, Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) therapy for tendon and ligament conditions, bracing and offloading, and diabetic wound care management.

When surgical intervention is required, our podiatric surgeons are credentialed at five accredited partner facilities: Baptist Hospital, South Miami Hospital, South Florida Surgery Center, Homestead Hospital, and Jackson South Hospital — giving patients access to excellent surgical environments close to home.

Why Patients Near Hollywood Choose SFI Orthopaedics

Our practice is not a standalone podiatry clinic. We are a full orthopaedic multispecialty group, which means our podiatry patients have immediate access to orthopaedic surgeons, physical therapists, PRP and regenerative medicine specialists, and on-site imaging — all under one coordinated care team. Complex cases are managed cohesively, not fragmented between providers who have never spoken to each other.

Our multilingual team, multilocation access, and commitment to individualized care make us the preferred choice for patients traveling from Hollywood, Hallandale Beach, Pembroke Pines, Miramar, Davie, and all surrounding South Florida communities.
